Key Responsibilities:
- Production InCharge
- Oversee production processes and ensure efficiency in the stitching department.
- Coordinate with teams to meet production targets.
- Implement quality control measures. Maintain safety standards.
- Production Supervisor: Supervise daily production activities in the stitching department.
- Manage workforce and schedule shifts.
- Ensure adherence to production timelines.
- Assist in training and development of staff.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in the stitching department of the textile industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
