We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for our internal brands first and then expand the agency to target an overseas client base.
This is a leadership role that requires a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and execution. You will be responsible for managing branding, content, social media, performance marketing, and creative direction to drive growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan for all internal brands.
Oversee brand positioning, ensuring consistent and high-quality branding across platforms.
Lead and manage a team of content creators, designers, and videographers.
Campaign & Content Management:
Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns (social media, paid ads, SEO, and email marketing).
Oversee the production of high-quality creative content, including graphics, videos, and copy.
Work with the sales team to align marketing strategies with revenue goals.
Performance Marketing & Data Analytics:
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies to improve ROI.
Identify and leverage new marketing trends and technologies.
Social Media & Brand Growth:
Ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms.
Drive customer engagement and follower growth through strategic social media campaigns.
Oversee influencer partnerships and collaborations.
Future Expansion & External Clients:
Prepare the agency to start acquiring external clients by Year 2.
Develop new revenue streams through marketing services beyond internal brands.
