We are looking for a motivated and professional Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team on-site. You will be handling inbound and outbound customer queries during UK and USA shift timings.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on delivering excellent service.
Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order management.
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Accurately document customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Stay informed about product updates and company policies to ensure accurate information delivery.
Key Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team.
Ability to work in UK and USA shift timings.
Must be available to work on-site at our Lahore Office.
