Accountant

Nadeem Traders is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess at least 4 years of relevant experience and will play a crucial role in managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and producing accurate financial reports. The Accountant will leverage strong financial acumen and proficiency in accounting software to maintain precise financial information, support management decisions, and enhance the overall financial health of the organization. Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements that reflect the organization's financial status.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations through diligent monitoring and reporting.
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and payment collection.
Conduct regular audits of financial records to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
Collaborate with management to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights based on historical data.
Utilize Microsoft Excel and accounting software to analyze financial data and generate reports.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure all financial activities are recorded accurately.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and legislation to ensure compliance.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators.
Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, preparing journal entries as necessary.
Respond to inquiries from management and external parties regarding financial information.
