We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to lead and manage accounts functions within our structured hierarchy.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Supervision:
- Lead the assigned Accounts Department, overseeing and supervising his team.
- Ensure the timely preparation and review of financial statements and reports.
- Oversee monthly and annual financial closing processes.
- Monitor compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
Strategic Decision-Making:
- Collaborate with Team Leaders and HOD Accounts to align departmental goals with company objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and cost efficiency.
Compliance & Audit:
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and tax compliance.
- Support the Internal Audit Team during audits by providing necessary documentation and data.
ERP Optimization:
- Manage and optimize accounts workflows within the SAP-B1 ERP system.
