We are looking for a capable and experienced Deputy Accounts Manager to assist in leading the team and overseeing critical accounting functions.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Act as a second-in-command to the Accounts Manager.
- Provide leadership to junior team members, including Assistant Accounts Managers and Trainee Assistants.
- Coordinate with Team Leader and Accounts Manager to ensure smooth departmental operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
- Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency in accounting workflows.
