ERP Manager

Join one of Punjab’s largest electronics retail and installment networks with 113 branches across Punjab. Naeem Electronics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP Manager to lead and optimize our SAP-B1 system operations.

Key Responsibilities:

•Oversee end-to-end SAP-B1 ERP management, including implementation, configuration, and support across all modules (Financials, Inventory, Sales, etc.).

•Collaborate with department heads (Accounts, Finance, Tax, Inventory, HR) to develop efficient ERP workflows and reporting mechanisms.

•Troubleshoot ERP issues and ensure system integrity, user training, and process compliance.

•Coordinate with software developers, data analysts, and internal stakeholders to enhance system performance and automate manual processes.

•Regularly audit data input across departments to align with SOPs and corporate goals.

•Provide ongoing ERP training to staff to enhance system utilization and reduce errors.
