Telemarketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telemarketing Executive to join our Real Estate Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and sales over the phone, handling customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and sales over the phone by promoting our real estate products and services
Conduct market research and identify potential customers
Contact potential customers through cold calling, warm calling, and other lead-generation techniques
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information about our products and services
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company
Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports on sales activities and performance
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement sales strategies and promotions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge.
