The primary responsibility of this position is to close deals for our agency. We will test the candidate on a commission basis for the first 5 clients, after which we will hire on a monthly basis. Our deals typically range from $300-$2000, and the commission will be between 10-20%, depending on the deal. The commission will only be paid when the deal closes.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients and schedule appointments
Conduct calls to potential clients to explain the services offered by our agency
Close deals and negotiate contract terms with clients
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, including calls and appointments
Collaborate with other members of the team to optimize sales strategies
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements:

Proven experience in a sales or appointment setting role
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
