We're looking for a passionate Travel Consultant to create personalized travel experiences for our clients. The focus is on exceptional service and building relationships, from initial consultation to booking.
Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries.
- Qualify leads and understand travel needs.
- Recommend travel packages and services.
- Create itineraries and quotes.
- Process bookings.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain client relationships.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent communication skills. This is must
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of travel destinations.
- Good computer skills.
- Travel experience is a plus.
