Conduct site assessments to evaluate infrastructure needs for schools, learning centers, and community spaces.

Develop detailed designs, layouts, and cost estimates for required construction, renovation, or maintenance work.
Prepare technical specifications and ensure alignment with project objectives and guidelines.
Oversee construction and renovation activities to ensure quality and adherence to technical standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and field staff to ensure timely execution of project activities.
Ensure all infrastructure meets safety, accessibility, and environmental sustainability criteria.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and compliance with project plans and technical specifications.
Identify and address any technical or operational challenges during implementation.
Ensure proper documentation of all project activities and infrastructure-related expenditures.
Work closely with project teams, school management committees, and local authorities to align infrastructure improvements with community needs.
Provide technical guidance to stakeholders on the maintenance and sustainability of project-supported infrastructure.
Prepare and submit regular progress reports, including updates on construction status, budgets, and challenges.
Maintain records of all technical designs, bills of quantities (BoQs), and other project-related documentation.

Established in 1991, NRSP is the largest Rural Support Programme in the country in terms of outreach, staff and development activities. It is a not for profit organization registered under Section 42 of Companies Ordinance 1984. NRSP's mandate is to alleviate poverty by harnessing people's potential and undertake development activities in Pakistan. It has a presence in 46 Districts in all the four Provinces including Azad Jammu and Kashmir through Regional Offices and Field Offices. NRSP is currently working with more than half a million poor households organized into a network of more than 57,179 Community Organizations. With sustained incremental growth, it is emerging as Pakistan's leading engine for poverty reduction and rural development.
