We are looking for passionate and results-driven Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves selling residential and commercial plots in our premium housing projects. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Contact potential clients to present and explain the features and benefits of our plots and housing projects.
  • Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers to provide detailed project information.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and client needs to tailor sales strategies.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to management.
  • Represent NHA at sales and marketing events, such as property expos and open houses.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum Intermediate (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus).
  • Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in real estate or a related industry (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Own conveyance is preferred but not mandatory.
