Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends and dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive business growth.
- Solid organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
