1. Recruitment & Onboarding

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

3. Performance Management

4. Policy Development & Compliance

5. Training & Development

6. HR Administration

7. Knowledge of HR laws and regulations applicable to NGOs in the Nation or internationally.

8. Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills.

9. Experience with HR software and MS Office.

10. Ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
