- Inquiry Response: Handle inbound calls, presenting rental offers effectively.
- Sales Techniques: Use sales strategies to highlight competitive advantages and secure contracts.
- Customer Interaction: Maintain professionalism and energy during calls.
- Team Collaboration: Work with the team towards collective goals and customer solutions.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure satisfaction and convert inquiries into deals.
- Objection Handling: Address customer concerns confidently.
