What You’ll Do:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (posting jobs, CV screening, interview scheduling)
- Support onboarding, documentation, and employee record management
- Help organize employee engagement activities and HR events
- Prepare reports and assist with daily HR operations
- Learn HR systems, compliance, and company policies
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
