Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator with expertise in Microsoft Intune deployment, Windows Server management and upgrades, VMware, and Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will also have experience with Halo Service Desk or IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and security of our IT infrastructure and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Intune Deployment & Management: Deploy, configure, and manage Microsoft Intune for device management, security policies, and compliance.
Windows Server Administration: Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server environments, including Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022*. Perform regular system upgrades, migrations, patches, and security updates.
VMware Administration: Manage VMware environments including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Azure Cloud Services: Administer and manage Microsoft Azure services, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and security settings.
System Monitoring & Upgrades: Monitor and maintain server infrastructure, ensuring timely upgrades and performance optimization.
ITSM Tools (Halo Service Desk): Provide support for incident, problem, and change management processes using Halo Service Desk or other ITSM platforms.
Technical Support: Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime for end users and infrastructure.
Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation for system configurations, processes, and updates.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies, security protocols, and system enhancements.
Security Management: Ensure the security and compliance of IT systems by applying updates, conducting audits, and addressing vulnerabilities.
