Accountant

You will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and integrity of our establishment. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in QuickBooks, a strong understanding of food costing, and a proven track record in accurate and timely financial data management.

QuickBooks Proficiency:

Demonstrate a high level of expertise in utilizing QuickBooks for efficient and accurate financial record-keeping.

Food Costing:

Oversee the costing of food items to ensure optimal pricing strategies and profitability while maintaining quality standards.

Timely Data Entry:

Execute precise and timely data entry into the financial system to ensure real-time and accurate financial information.

Accounting Entries:

Manage and record day-to-day accounting entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

FBR Compliance:

Responsible for monthly filing of returns with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) to ensure compliance with taxation regulations.

Daily Cash & Bank Status:

Monitor and report on daily cash and bank balances, providing insights and recommendations as needed.

Salary Disbursement:

Oversee the timely and accurate disbursement of salaries to employees, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations.

Owner Reporting:

Provide comprehensive and insightful financial reports to the owner, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
In-depth knowledge of food costing and inventory management.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication skills for effective reporting and collaboration.
