Responsible for enrolling healthcare providers with insurance payers, maintaining up-to-date records, and ensuring compliance with credentialing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete and maintain CAQH, NPPES, and PECOS profiles.
- Prepare and submit payer enrolment applications (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial).
- Track and follow up on credentialing application statuses.
- Communicate with insurance panels and providers regarding credentialing matters.
- Understand payer-specific rules and requirements.
- Manage re-credentialing timelines and processes.
- Assist with documentation audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
