We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive with 3+ years of proven experience in selling software development services. This is a remote, commission-only role focused purely on sales.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and close new business opportunities for software development services.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline, targeting global clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Develop strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Report on sales progress and performance.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of software sales experience with proven results (sales references required).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Preference for UAE-based candidates or familiarity with the region.
Compensation: Commission-based offering a lucrative percentage per closed deal.
