Instructor Web / Digital Marketing

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Instructor specializing in Graphic Designing, Digital Marketing, and Full Stack Development. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a deep understanding of these domains, along with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to students.

Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Development:

Develop comprehensive and up-to-date curriculum for courses in Graphic Designing, Digital Marketing, and Full Stack Development.
Ensure alignment with industry standards, emerging trends, and best practices.

2. Instruction and Training:

Deliver engaging lectures, workshops, and hands-on training sessions to students.
Provide guidance and support to help students grasp difficult concepts and develop practical skills.
Foster a collaborative and interactive learning environment conducive to student success.

3. Assessments and Feedback:

Design and administer assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress.
Provide constructive feedback to students on their work, assignments, and projects.

4. Mentorship and Support:

Serve as a mentor and advisor to students, offering guidance on career paths, industry opportunities, and skill development.
Provide one-on-one support and assistance to students as needed.

5. Professional Development:

Stay updated on advancements in Graphic Designing, Digital Marketing, and Full Stack Development.
Continuously enhance personal skills and knowledge through professional development activities.

6. Collaboration:

Collaborate with other instructors and team members to improve course offerings and instructional strategies.
Coordinate with industry professionals and guest speakers to enhance the learning experience.

7. Administrative Tasks:

Assist in administrative tasks such as student enrollment, record-keeping, and course scheduling.
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to program development initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as an instructor or educator in Graphic Designing, Digital Marketing, or Full Stack Development.
Strong expertise and practical experience in relevant technologies and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, SEO/SEM, etc.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and skill levels.
Passion for education and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Experience working in an educational institution or training center is preferred.
