What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer
- Collaborate directly with the PM and hiring manager
- Experiment with creative sourcing strategies across multiple platforms
- Build an outstanding candidate experience and help shape our hiring culture
What You Bring:
- 1–3+ years of recruitment experience (startup, in-house, or agency)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools (or a fast learner!)
- A self-starter mindset and comfort working in a dynamic, evolving environment
