We are looking for a highly skilled Accounts Executive to manage the accounting and finance functions of our contact center. If you have a strong financial background and can collaborate with multiple teams, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the contact center.
- Handle employee salaries, payroll processing, and tax deductions.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with HR, Sales, and IT teams for financial planning and reporting.
- Monitor accounts payable/receivable and reconcile financial discrepancies.
- Assist the Head of Finance with audits and financial decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and payroll management.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple departments.
