This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Sales Representative at Nexus Technologies located in Karachi. The Customer Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, recommending solutions, and closing sales.
Job Requirements:
- O Levels/Intermediate or above
- Excellent English and Urdu Written and Verbal Communication
- Prior call center experience is a MUST
- Must have Sales Experience over the call
- Maintain the call flow and AHT
- Able to use computer and office programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills may need a mix of both verbal communication and listening skills
- Neutral accent
