- Maintain and update the CRM system (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities
- Develop and manage reseller programs in the MENA region
- Attend industry events to expand our reach
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support
- Prepare and present sales reports to management
