Noorani Textile & Fabrics is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join our dynamic team in Karachi. This full-time, on-site role is crucial in managing recruitment processes, enhancing HR operations, and fostering positive employee relations. As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives that align with our organizational goals and nurture a positive workplace culture. You will also manage a small team of two HR professionals, guiding them in their professional development and ensuring the successful execution of HR functions across the organization. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining and improving our HR practices, contributing to a more engaged and productive workforce.
Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment activities by developing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, and screening candidates to attract top talent.
  • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires receive appropriate training and resources to succeed in their roles.
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and organize team-building activities to foster a positive work environment.
  • Handle employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and providing support to staff to maintain a harmonious workplace.
  • Implement and manage performance management processes, including setting performance standards and conducting evaluations.
  • Develop and review HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Utilize HRIS and applicant tracking systems to manage employee data and streamline recruitment processes.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify areas for employee development and coordinate relevant training sessions.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and inform strategic decisions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and labor legislation to ensure company policies remain current and effective.
  • Supervise and support the HR team, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their skills and efficiency.
