Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and market share.
Lead and manage sales and marketing teams, ensuring achievement of targets.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
Manage product launches, branding, and promotional activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Monitor and report on KPIs, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in FMCG sales and marketing (preferably in food/cosmetics industry).
Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong market analysis and business development expertise.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business (MBA preferred).
