Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory documents (e.g., new drug applications, product dossiers, variations, renewals) to health authorities for product registration and approval.
Support the review and approval process for product labeling and packaging materials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including accurate and clear product information.
Stay updated on local, national, and international pharmaceutical regulations, laws, and guidelines.
Learn to interpret and apply regulatory requirements across various product stages, from development to marketing.
Gain understanding of export procedures, especially for Nutraceutical Products.
Research new export markets and manage international customers.
Contribute to national/international franchise setup.
Prepare customized print material, artwork, and labels per customer requirements.

Requirements:

Basic understanding of pharmaceutical regulations (e.g., FDA, ICH, GMP).
Strong attention to detail for regulatory document preparation.
Develop marketing skills, especially for international customer interactions.
Basic knowledge of shipping and logistics is a plus.
Enhance analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting complex regulatory requirements.
Good English communication skills, especially for international customer communication.
