We are seeking a dedicated MTO-Regulatory to support regulatory submissions, compliance processes, and coordination with government institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory documents and applications to government authorities, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate international documentation processes between internal departments and government institutions to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
Maintain accurate documentation and organized records of regulatory submissions and approvals.
Support the team in addressing queries and meeting compliance requirements raised by regulatory authorities.
Stay updated on changes in regulatory policies and guidelines, implementing necessary adjustments in documentation and processes.
Collaborate with internal departments to meet regulatory requirements for product registrations, renewals, and amendments.

Requirements:

Familiarity with government regulatory frameworks and procedures is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with government bodies and internal teams.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
