The Assistant General Manager (Assistant GM) supports the General Manager in overseeing and managing daily operations within a specific department or organization. This role involves coordinating and managing various aspects of business operations to ensure that the company runs efficiently, maintains high standards, and meets business goals. The Assistant GM plays a key leadership role, stepping in for the General Manager when necessary and assisting in managing staff, budgets, resources, and customer relations.
