We are seeking a dedicated "Field Supervisor - OFC" responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of optical projects to ensure top-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1- Planning and Coordination:
- Develop comprehensive project plans for the deployment and maintenance oF long-haul optical fiber networks.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project completion.
2- Physical Surveys:
- Conduct detailed site surveys to assess the feasibility of network routes and installation plans.
- Identify potential challenges and develop solutions to mitigate risks associated with physical deployment.
3- Network Deployment:
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of optical fiber infrastructure,including conduits, cables, and equipment.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices for network installation and performance.
4- Supervision and Operations:
- Supervise and lead a team of technicians and engineers in daily operations and maintenance tasks.
- Monitor network performance and implement corrective actions to resolve issues and optimize network efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to ensure network reliability and longevity.
5- Routine Works and Maintenance:
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for routine
- maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Coordinate and supervise repair activities to minimize downtime and service
- disruptions.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities for future
- reference and compliance purposes.
