We at "One Network Private Limited" are seeking "M-Tag Operator" for our Motorway Project at M-2. The M-Tag Operator is responsible for maintaining record of available M-Tags, handling customer complaints and maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.

One Network Private Limited is changing the Toll Collection system and it is moving towards the concept of Smart Motorways. M-Tag ensure transparent and hassle-free toll collection with very low operation and maintenance cost. For this purpose, we are hiring M-Tag Operator who is expected to be presentable and possess customer handling, complaint handling and good communication skills.

Job Description:

Recharge the M-Tag account of commuters.
New M-Tag Registration
Good knowledge of M-Tag and Motorways
Cash Handling and closing at the end of shift
Answer the queries of commuters
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward commuters at all time
Responding promptly to commuters inquiries
Communicating with commuters professionally and respectfully
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
Keeping records of commuter’s interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
