We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team.

Job Responsibilities:

Process and post customer payments to ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions.
Reconcile accounts receivable on a regular basis and resolve any discrepancies.
Generate and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner.
Follow up on overdue payments and manage collections efforts.
Communicate with customers to address inquiries and resolve billing issues.
Prepare and analyze aging reports to assess the status of accounts.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Qualifications:

Minimum B.Com or ACCA with 11 papers cleared.
Previous experience in accounts receivable or a related field is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant accounting software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
