PKR. 60,000 - 100,000/Month
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles, including immigration consultants, administrative staff, and legal experts.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and coordinate with department heads to ensure optimal hiring decisions.
- Oversee the onboarding process to integrate new employees effectively into the company culture.
- Identify training needs across the organization and design programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, and resolve workplace conflicts professionally while maintaining fairness and confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including contracts, attendance, and payroll data, and generate reports as needed.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and incentive programs to maintain employee satisfaction along with creating monthly payroll.
- Leverage HR software to manage recruitment, employee records, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and develop recruitment and retention plans.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources.
- 2+ years of experience in HR.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
