• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles, including immigration consultants, administrative staff, and legal experts.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and coordinate with department heads to ensure optimal hiring decisions.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to integrate new employees effectively into the company culture.
  • Identify training needs across the organization and design programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, and resolve workplace conflicts professionally while maintaining fairness and confidentiality.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, including contracts, attendance, and payroll data, and generate reports as needed.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and incentive programs to maintain employee satisfaction along with creating monthly payroll.
  • Leverage HR software to manage recruitment, employee records, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and develop recruitment and retention plans.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
