We are seeking a dynamic, passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Student Counsellor. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our online education courses through various channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our online education courses and increase revenue.
  2. Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their educational needs and recommend appropriate courses.
  4. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide accurate information about our courses, pricing, and enrollment procedures.
  5. Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling sales materials and promotional campaigns.
  6. Track and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  7. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  9. Provide feedback to management on product performance, customer satisfaction, and sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
  2. Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the education or e-learning industry.
  3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  5. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
  6. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  9. Passion for education and a commitment to helping individuals achieve their learning goals.
