We are seeking an experienced Oracle DevOps Fusion Technical Consultant to join our team as a Senior Technical Analyst. The ideal candidate will bring over eight years of expertise working with Oracle Fusion and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) ERP systems, with a strong focus on Project to Close (PTC) functional process flows and Order to Cash modules. This role demands a solid understanding of DevOps methodologies and the ability to deliver effective business solutions that support both global and regional teams. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvements in solution performance, reliability, compliance, and efficiency, while actively collaborating with business partners to simplify and enhance solution usage.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and support of Fusion extensions within the assigned value stream, particularly emphasizing Project to Close functional flows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability. Manage end-to-end implementation processes to ensure timely and successful system delivery. Design and develop process improvements by leveraging deep knowledge of end-to-end functional processes within the technology environment. Ensure strict adherence to data governance methodologies in a regulated environment. Implement DevOps practices to streamline development, testing, and deployment activities. Monitor and optimize system performance to maintain high availability and minimize downtime during post-go-live support. Stay updated with the latest Fusion technologies and DevOps tools to promote continuous improvement. Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for application issues. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Manage project timelines and effectively communicate with stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical configurations and extensions supporting the Fusion Project to Close functional flows. Analyze enhancement requests and support activities, planning and prioritizing backlogs within the value stream. Coordinate with other value stream leads, delivery, and support teams for related applications. Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices. Optimize and manage enhancement and support ticket backlogs, driving continuous improvements to reduce manual efforts and support tickets. Follow major incident management processes to address critical issues by engaging the appropriate teams.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. A minimum of eight years’ experience with Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS ERP systems. Proven track record in delivering and supporting technical configurations and extensions within the Fusion Project to Close functional scope. Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion functional configuration and solutions for both small- and large-scale initiatives. Hands-on experience developing BIP and OTBI reports. Familiarity with Oracle Fusion ERP data models. Experience with interface development using Fusion REST and SOAP APIs. Basic understanding of enterprise integration tools such as MuleSoft and Oracle Integration Cloud. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage Fusion functional teams and business stakeholders. Strong client-facing and internal communication abilities, both written and verbal. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently in a high-pressure environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Oracle Cloud certifications are highly desirable. Experience working within Agile methodologies is a plus.
