Position Overview: As a Business Development Manager at ORAD, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company. This role requires a motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record in business development within the architecture and design industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients, industries, and markets for business expansion.
- Develop and execute effective business development strategies and initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the design and project teams to align business strategies with project execution.
- Lead the proposal and pitch process, ensuring high-quality submissions.
- Monitor industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, and Communications.
- Proven track record in business development within the architecture and design industry.
- Strong understanding of architecture and design trends, principles, and processes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required.
