Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business success.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular sales reports.
Requirements:
- Must have fluent English (written and spoken).
- Must be able to work night shifts to align with U.S. business hours.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Experience using CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
