Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and target potential corporate clients in sectors such as construction, real estate, and interior design.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate accounts, addressing client queries and ensuring high satisfaction.
Business Development:
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with corporate clients.
- Develop customized sales proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Explore new markets and industries to expand the customer base.
Team Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent client service.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on market trends and client requirements for product development and improvement.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and present them to senior management.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, contracts, and sales data.
