Key Responsibilities:

  1. Promotional Campaigns:

    • Assist in planning and executing sales promotion activities targeting corporate clients.
    • Coordinate product exhibitions, corporate events, and trade shows to enhance the visibility of Orient Ceramics.
    • Prepare promotional materials such as brochures, product samples, and presentations to support the sales team.
  2. Client Engagement:

    • Identify and engage potential clients through promotional initiatives.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in key industries such as construction, real estate, and interior design.
    • Respond to client inquiries and provide information about products and promotional offers.
  3. Market Research and Analysis:

    • Gather data on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to refine promotional strategies.
    • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to improve product positioning and campaigns.
  4. Collaboration and Coordination:

    • Work closely with the Corporate Sales Manager to align promotional efforts with sales goals.
    • Coordinate with the marketing and production teams to ensure the availability of promotional materials and product samples.
    • Assist the sales team in client presentations and negotiations as needed.
  5. Reporting and Documentation:

    • Track the effectiveness of promotional activities and prepare performance reports.
    • Maintain detailed records of promotional events, client interactions, and follow-up activities.
