Key Responsibilities:

  1. Front Desk Management:

    • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a polite and professional manner.
    • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing accurate information when required.
    • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  2. Visitor Coordination:

    • Register visitors and provide them with necessary information or directions.
    • Notify employees of visitors’ arrivals and ensure smooth coordination.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  3. Administrative Support:

    • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
    • Maintain records of office supplies and assist in procurement as needed.
    • Handle basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  4. Communication Management:

    • Coordinate with internal teams to relay messages and provide support as required.
    • Respond to email inquiries and ensure prompt communication.
    • Serve as a point of contact for external inquiries, ensuring a professional and helpful demeanor.
  5. Crisis Handling:

    • Manage situations such as urgent deliveries, inquiries, or visitor concerns with efficiency and discretion.
    • Ensure adherence to security protocols for visitors and deliveries.
