We are  hiring an OD Manager based in Karachi.

Should be able to:

  • Develop & implement OD strategies, performance management system and employee engagement programs.
  • Lead change management and talent management initiatives.
  • Develop & implement in-house training system.

Must have:

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience.
  • MBA - HR from recognized university
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management & data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in HR tech, learning management, and employee engagement tools.

Candidates with additional HR Certification will be given preference.
