We are seeking a highly skilled Mid-Level or Senior Backend Developer with expertise in Laravel to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable, high-performance APIs and backend systems. This is an on-site role where you will collaborate with a talented team to deliver cutting-edge solutions for Web2 and Web3 projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs using Laravel.
Implement and optimize database queries, caching mechanisms, and queue systems for high-performance applications.
Ensure API security and authentication using Laravel Sanctum.
Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions.
Debug, optimize, and refactor existing codebases to improve performance and maintainability.
Work on integrating third-party APIs, including crypto exchange integrations using CCXT.
Manage and optimize MySQL databases, Eloquent ORM, and Redis caching.
Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing within the team.
Handle project management tasks, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.

Technical Skills

Laravel Expertise (4+ years):
Strong knowledge of queues, event-driven architecture, service providers, and middleware.
Experience with Laravel Sanctum for API security and authentication.
Proficiency in Eloquent ORM and database optimization.

Database & Caching:

Advanced skills in MySQL, including query optimization and indexing.
Experience with Redis for caching and performance improvement.
ThirdParty Integrations:
Familiarity with Yajra DataTables for efficient data handling.
Experience with CCXT for crypto exchange integrations.

Cloud & DevOps (Nice to Have):

Familiarity with AWS services like EC2, SES, and server management.
Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
Blockchain Basics:
A basic understanding of blockchain technology and Web3 concepts is a plus.

Soft Skills

Strong communication skills in (English) for clear documentation and effective teamwork.
Efficient in coding, debugging, and optimizing applications.
Organized approach to project management and task execution.
Ability to manage stress and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
