Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls & emails for sales and customer support.
- Promote products/services, resolve inquiries, and close sales.
- Maintain customer relationships and follow up on leads.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction with professional communication.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken & written English.
- Experience in sales, customer service
- Strong phone & email etiquette.
- CRM familiarity is a plus.
