We are currently seeking an experienced 'Assistant Manager Maintenance' who can handle electrical issues in corporate office buildings for Pace Tower.
· Design, develop, and test electrical systems, equipment, and products
· Conduct site visits and provide technical support to clients.
· Monitor maintenance and inspection plans for high-rise corporate buildings.
· Ensure that installations and service applications are in line with customer needs and safety standards.
· Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure successful project implementation.
· Complete experience in running powerhouse and power distribution networks.
Requirements:
· Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSc) or equivalent degree.
· At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field (electrical engineering, power systems, control systems, etc.).
· Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, theories, and practices.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Effective communication and teamwork skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
