Internal Auditor

To ensure compliance with financial regulations, evaluate internal controls, and enhance operational efficiency by conducting audits, identifying risks, and providing actionable recommendations to support the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Audit Planning: Assist in developing and executing the annual audit plan.
Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.
Reporting: Prepare audit reports with findings, risks, and actionable recommendations.
Compliance: Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Process Improvement: Recommend and support the implementation of operational enhancements.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with departments to resolve issues and implement solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education: Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified.

Experience: Fresh to 1–2 years of experience in internal audit

Training: Articles completed from one of the BIG 4 Firms (PWC, KPMG, Deloitte, or A.F. Ferguson)

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and accounting software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Attributes:
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
