Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding products, orders, services, and pricing.
- Assist customers in understanding our packaging and printing products and services.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide information on delivery timelines, product specifications, and service features.
- Collaborate with the sales and production teams to meet customer needs and expectations.
- Ensure that all customer requests are addressed in a timely manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Follow up on any customer queries to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the customer service process.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the packaging, printing, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- A positive and friendly attitude with a customer-first mindset.
