We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Operations to lead our factory operations efficiently, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely production.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire factory operations, including production planning, fabric development, costing, and supply chain management.
Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day manufacturing processes, optimizing productivity and minimizing costs.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, quality control, and workforce management.
Strong understanding of textile engineering, fabric development, and garment construction.
Monitor production timelines and work closely with planning teams to meet delivery schedules.
Liaise with buyers and clients, ensuring smooth communication and order execution.
Maintain compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to achieve business goals.
Coordinate with merchandising, procurement, and quality assurance teams to enhance workflow.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 12 years in garment factory operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
In-depth knowledge of fabric development, costing, and garment manufacturing processes.
Strong expertise in production planning, workflow optimization, and factory management.
Fluent in English (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with international buyers.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and sustainability practices in apparel production is a plus.
