We are seeking an **Executive & Service Support Advisor** to join our team. This dynamic role involves managing workflows, customer interactions, and critical shop operations. If you have a passion for automotive excellence and a proactive mindset, we’d love to hear from you!  

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily workflow and ensure smooth shop operations.  
  • Engage with customers to understand and address their service needs.  
  • Handle spare parts procurement and inventory management.  
  • Maintain job cards and service records with accuracy.  
  • Drive process improvements and support other tasks typically required of a Service Advisor in an auto shop.  

Desired Qualifications

  • Passion for the automotive industry is non-negotiable.  
  • Good command of the English language (written and spoken) is a must.  
  • No prior experience is required—enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key.  
  • Education related to automotive is a plus but not mandatory.  
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.  
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.  

Compensation

  • Starting salary: **60,000 PKR per month** (half during the training period of up to 90 days).  
  • Additional bonuses based on sales and target achievements.  
  • Free maintenance for your car or jeep (subject to slot availability).
