We are seeking a skilled Handyman with a strong background in electrical systems and genset (generator) maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and generators, while also having exposure to basic plumbing and HVAC tasks to support the overall facility maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of wiring, outlets, and electrical panels.
- Maintain and service gensets, ensuring proper operation and troubleshooting of power backup systems.
- Assist with basic plumbing tasks, such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and maintaining pipes.
- Support HVAC system maintenance, including filter changes and minor repairs.
- Respond promptly to facility maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and genset issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain inventory of tools and equipment necessary for repairs and maintenance tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in electrical maintenance, genset servicing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of basic plumbing and HVAC systems.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
